Doubletree By Hilton interview questions

I tried twice, both interviews went differently. The first one was thorough, 2 managers were interviewing me about my CV and experiences. Nothing unusual, quite predictable. I wasn't hired. The second time I've tried to get hired was based on kind of 'speed-dating' where there were around 5 managers/HR employees interviewing us for a very short period of time...based on asking about my 'selling points'/advantages.

I responded to craigslist ad, was interviewed once, and hired the next day after drug test. Very easy process. I felt a lot of my experience was overlooked and that the hiring manager based a lot on my looks. However, in the end I was hired and wound up working there for over a year.
