This was related to skills you are interviewing for.
3. Interview with EPAM client
It varies depending on the actual role. I had three people from the client side interviewing me
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Quite a lot BABOK related question for the skills assessment interview
Primo colloquio con HR in inglese più uno tecnico molto freddo e standard sempre in inglese durato 60 minuti. Il colloquio tecnico molto scolastico, chiedevano definizioni legate a concetti di project management, scrum etc
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Domande preconfezionate molto generiche di teoria come scrum, waterfall etc. Simulazione case study
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Perm) in Sep 2021
Interview
Technical interview process is quite standard. Two senior business analysts asked a few questions about my experience (but in terms of theory) based on my resume.
But they made some strange conclusions instead of asking questions.
They said that I managed business analysts...whereas I was a business analyst on a project and I was on an assistant role.
They said that I used to prototype solutions, when I only described business process to out designer.
Etc
The second part of this interview included some theoretical questions.
I had no experience in business analytics job so I couldn't answer lots of questions BUT the issues is EPAM representative laughed me in my face.
It was the worst job interview experience ever.
If you think that i'm not a right choice for your company, then finish an interview. Save my and your time.
