Question 1
What is the reason you want to start working for us?
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (New York, NY)
Interview
I passed all interviews and they didn't sign my contract. They made me participate in 4 meetings about the project and in the end say that they would only hire me next year. Besides wanting to hire programmers for half the price. Total disregard and lack of respect. Company does not deliver what it promises. They made a company open to issue receipts and in the end they didn't sign my contract. I have never seen an interview process as amateurish and disrespectful as this one. 3 months waiting to sign my contract to stay on promise at the end. I do not recommend. They made you lose money by opening a company for nothing... Don't believe what they say.
