Interview
After a short pre-screening I got the technical interview.
I'm still in the process so don't know if I'll get the offer. I'm very happy with how fast and simple the hiring process is.
The technical interview is very textbook oriented. I think in order to pass you need to fit a tight box. And considering I answered everything in a very non-conforming way, I won't be surprised if they pass me on.

Got shortlisted through direct apply. There was a HR screening followed by a Technical interview. Technical round was mostly on SQL, Python skill tests. Simple SQL coding problems could be asked. Was also asked about the teams handled in the past and scenario-based questions on stakeholder communications. Projects/experience regarding AI tech was also questioned.

Interview
There was a short screenen interview call with a reqruiter. After that we arranged 1 hour and a half technical interview in English. A week later, I received a reply saying that they were impressed with my performance, but had decided on another candidate who was better suited to the position.

Worst Experience Ever! Do not bother wasting your time to go for an interview. Was reached out by a recruiter to go for the interview. Everything was fast during the interviewing process, 1st was HR round, 2nd was technical interview followed by hiring manager interview. Was ghosted by the HR after 2 months of interview only to found out from another HR that the round was offered to an internal candidate but the HR in charge dont even bother to reach out to you and mentioned that she forgotten because i was the only one who completed the whole interview process. What a joke of a HR. Worst experience ever.
