I was reached out by a recruiter and wanted to give it a chance to seek new opportunities. During my interview process I have never experienced where they bombarded me nonstop with questions for the whole 90 mins no conversation nothing just non stop QA based on some textbook questions from the second it started till last minute and there was no proper greeting also which I found it very rude. Even though I was able to answer most questions the girl who was interviewing me seem unexperienced herself and was struggling with English therefore I have doubts that she was understanding my answers. My overall experience answering most questions from my point was good but apparently my answers weren't good enough for their standards? This whole process showed me that EPAM doesn't really care about finding the right candidates, there looking for someone who can answer questions the same way it's written in textbooks so that the interviewer can understand. It felt like they're more so looking for a machine… not a human!
