EY Administrative Assistant interview questions

I heard about the job which was across the street from the place I was currently working. I found the job posting and got the name of the HR person and called over the next morning. I was very fortunate to be able to speak with her and explain that what I had been doing for the past five years mirrored exactly what they were looking for ... She was interested to meet me because the two companies were very similar. I was called in for a formal interview and testing, and reference list needed to be provided.

I applied to their adverstisement online in the middle of February. They called me up after 3 weeks of my application asking a translation and computer test in their office. I was testing in English, Power Point presentation and i had to write an internal mail to colleagues about team building. The HR girl was extremely kind. 2 weeks passed. Nothing. Later an other HR girl called me to invite me to an HR interview. She was extremely kind and congratulated me to my English test. I was happy and in the hope may be i am in the shortlist. 2 weeks passed. Nothing. It's April. I dropped a mail to the HR asking for the results or to get some information. The day after i got an automatic mail that they are sorry but i was not successful. In these days, end of April i have just seen their ad on the Internet with the same position. What to tell? Do you think are their professional? What is going on??? How is it possibile that they are joking with people?
