Start with virtual video interview and then one day super day, which is conducted by manager and partner accordingly. The interview is about behavior question and not technical. However they do expect you to have basic accounting understanding.
You have to take psychometric tests if you successful then you are invited for an interview. The interview i was with the HR Director and Service line partner. There is only one interview in the recruitment process.

Submitted application during SURF, was shortlisted for a group interview with a senior manager and his superior, as well as 5 other applicants. Interview questions were rather easy and it was more like a 1-1 interview repeated 6 times lol. Eventually got the offer but turned it down as the interviewer
sent really bad vibes about the firm’s culture and nature of the job.
