EY Associate Audit interview questions

Online application through EY recruitment system. Within a week HR will call for phone screening, asking general questions like why audit, why EY, etc. Then HR will send you an email asking you to complete an online assessment. It is a set of situation based questions with no time limits. The purpose is to see whether your working behavior is fit with their culture.

There were three rounds to the interview process - one skype interview, one lunch with two EY employess, one face to face interview with a Partner and a member of staff from HR.
