EY Associate Audit interview questions

The interview was really great. The partner and senior manager who interviewed me was genuinely interested in me and how I would fit in at EY. The interview was really like a conversation between us and it felt really comfortable. I can see that they are really interested in hiring me rather than treating it like a grilling process like some other firms.

I applied through career day. about 2-3 weeks later,i got a phone interview and they asked me to do the online assessment. Then got called to got for iv at hq in damansara. First thing on the interview day, we need to write essay and we can choose the topic from the choice given to write about. Then, wait for few minutes to meet the audit director.
