Competent based interview together with one representative from HR, and one representative as Senior Auditor. Combined interview with personal questions, such as how you act in certain difficult situations. The last part of the interview was based on accounting and bookkeeping skills, where they asked me to portray a balance sheet of a restaurant, and what accounts that might be accurate for that type of operation.

I first met the firm at a job fair through the university. I had a coffee chat with one of the recruiters before my official interview. My official interview was a very informal interview which was behavioral based to see if I would be a good fit with the company culture rather than a “why should we offer you this job” interview.
