I applied through online and get a call by EY after 2 weeks. It was a first phase phone screening and after two days i received an email to do the second phase online assessment test. It is a behavioural questions to test your personality.
Process 3 weeks, was asked both technical and casual questions. one on accounting knowledge (what do you know about x accounting standards). 1st was a short essay writing, then in person interview with manager.
I submitted an application online, and several months later got an email from a recruiter asking to schedule an exploratory phone call. The call went fine, and I was given the opportunity to do a prerecorded interview with them. I was sent a link, and told I had to complete the interview within 48 hours. I did so, but never heard back from the recruiter, even after repeated emails.
