The first step was an aptitude test which was fairly easy and almost all who attempted passed to the next round. Then there was the interview phase where they tried to ask technical questions but were not technical enough to have a level of difficulty.

They asked for introduction, about the programming languages I know, some silly questions like what is the difference between Python and Java and finally some intermediate level java questions which are generic in all interview question sites.
