The interview as a 1st year candidate in a big 4 has different stages: 1 - CV submission 2 - submission of videos answering questions to test your capacity to improvise and also present yourself and share experiences 3 - speed interviews and a case discussion in group 4 - a call where you will be asked which area you prefer 5 - interview with the partner
