I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru) in Nov 2017
Interview
This interview was conducted in Bangalore In the month of November 2017. There were too many people applying for too little posts. As expected we had to wait for a long time as the process was at a snail's pace.
First round was Gd and it was a breeze second was the aptitude this was the thing which filtered out most of the candidates.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Nov 2017
Interview
Started with me talking about myself, then did a presentation (I had to prepare it in advance on a given topic), then asked strength-based interview questions. This was following as assessment centre, a phone interview, and aptitude tests. The interview was quite relaxed, I could almost be myself. Make sure they like you, make sure to smile a lot, make sure to ask questions and listen attentively, make sure to stress for important your professional qualifications are to you.
