I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Bristol, Inglaterra) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interview with partner. The last stage of the process. The most informal part, which was a 1:1 conversation. The partner did not write or read anything, it was just a talk. I was asked what is my long-term plan in the company, why this line and this office. Nothing like strength-based interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Denver, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
Senior manager and partner focused more on behavioral behavioral questions. Each interview with them lasted 30 minutes long for the final round. Panel interview with new associates and interviewees was useless, plenty of awkward silence.
