EY Auditor interview questions

3 interview rounds. One with the recruiter which is the initial interview, compensation question, benefits, and your interest with the company to see if it’s a good fit. Second interview is with a hiring manager which was the technical interview. Then a final with the Director which was just personality questions.

Recruit with your school and do follow up with the partner or interviewer. Be easy going and know that the recruiting is far different than the actual work life. Show up to the dinners and events and pretend you care about accounting.
