Long but not difficult, nice people who are happy to help if you have an issue. It felt unorganised and impersonal and did not leave the experience feeling I was valued as an Individual.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at EY (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Dec 2023
Interview
There are 3 stages within the application process before heading into the actual group/partner interview stage. The first stage is if you meet the requirements, second stage is a test on your cognitive abilities with the third being a numerical as well as responses and reasonings to certain situations and dilemmas. The numerical questions will test your ability in probabilities, averages, percentages, finding out 82% of something etc. The responses and reasoning questions consists of writing an email, as well as a few timed video questions which have a 2 minute time limit, but with a 3 minute preparation window. Within that space of time, I feel giving just 1 STAR example answer to your skills and abilities, as well as how you would be a suitable person is more than enough- so long as its rich and explained clearly vs. giving 2 or 3 STAR answers/

Question 1
What strengths do you have that will help you to be successful in a role in Consulting at EY?
Cappfinity assessment, took a very long time to complete - would say longer than the time they suggest, however is not timed. Video interviews not just personal questions, but case study situational questions too. Found the maths section challenging, not timed but they look at the timings.
