EY FSO interview questions

Met them at a university career fair. Guy I talked to was actually pretty intense about the conversation. I basically told him I wanted to make the most of my life and tried to demonstrate a strong work ethic through a simple conversation. My experience had very little to do with the position, but I think my conversation with that recruiter got me invited back for an interview. During the interview, I thought I did alright but I struggled when I was asked why I wanted to move to a position in financial services because I hadn't really thought about it. The interview itself was pretty laid back. They had guys coming out to the pre-interview room to make conversation with applicants while they were waiting. Ultimately did not get invited back to the Super Day.

1. On-Campus Interview: Standard behavioral 1:1 interview -obtained through campus recruiting 2. Timed written submission: Industry question and why you are a good company fit -30 mins, no prior info on question before start 3. Super Day: a.) 2 behavioral interviews (low stress) b.) 1 case-study -at times square office
