Various aptitude tests followed by a job simulation. If successful the assessment centre follows, which involves one group and one individual task. The subsequent and final stage is an interview with a partner. I found the interview stage most enjoyable as it was more of a conversation than an interview. The whole process took around 2 months.

First stage was sending in the CV and completing the application form, then numerical conpetency tests and SJTs, then Video Interview. After this, I revieved the invite for the Assessment Centre to which i was notified was the first assessment centre that application cycle for the role.
