Video interview then had an assessment day which consisted of half of the day doing group activities that were monitored and reviewed by staff and then a interview with senior management.

On campus interview applies through college portal and was called in to interview. Interview was an hour long. Had an interview with two managers. I had the opportunity to network with one of the interviewers the night before.
