I applied through college or university. I interviewed at EY
Interview
face to face with audit manager and senior associate. behavioural questions were asked along with questions on education. It was a really short interview and got the call a short while after that the job was mine
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY in May 2016
Interview
Interview process took 30 minutes, was a stress interview conducted by the director himself. Email says manager but no information was given to me about the change. Highly stressful and challenging interview but nonetheless unique in my experience. Interview started on time as well and it was a one to one session.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Introduce yourself.
2. Attacks a personal trait or characteristic of yours. Eg, speech and personality.
3. Questions past job experiences
4. Reasons for not going back to previous job and performance there.
5. General questions about problem solving
6. Personal questions about school, family, etc
The entire time the interviewer seems breathless, restless and constantly walks around.
Protip: They don't tell you it's a stress interview at the end. Be aware, brave, clam and don't take their emotional actions towards you as the results of the interview.
I had a positive interview experience with EY. The process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment to discuss my background, technical skills, and problem-solving approach.
