After a selection of CV's, a list of most suitable candidates is prepared - all of these being called for a test (mathmatical, economy and accounting, english and personality test).
Those who are considered to have passed are called in for an interview with one of the managers/executives in the Company most often, based on which usually a decision to hire or not is taken.

ho fatto un colloquio conoscitivo con EY. sono stata ricontattata subito per l'esito positivo. mi sono state fatte domande sul mio percorso universitario, lavorativo, ecc. mi è stato chiesto perché mi fossi candidata per quella posizione. infine una domanda in inglese.
