More informal than other firms. Final interview was with a partner and a person from Human Resources. Strengths Based interview which lasted 50 mins. The interviewer asked about previous wok experiences, current issues, strengths and academic qualification.

It was smooth. Some of the questions asked include: Tell us about yourself and why EY, how do you handle deadlines, how do you handle conflicts. P.S: Ensure you know your service line.
