J'ai été contacté pour un entretien avec les managers qui s'est avéré positif. J'ai ensuite rencontré une RH. Et enfin, quelques jours plus tard un associé.
Mes interlocuteurs étaient très souriants et professionnels et les entretiens étaient plutôt des conversations où l'on a discuté de mon parcours mais aussi de EY, et des attentes de chacun.
Un CDI m'a ensuite été proposé quelques jours après l'entretien avec l'associé.
It was very easy but as it’s my first interview I got panic and blanked out I suggest everyone to do mock interviews as much as possible. And the interviewer asked me easy questions still I couldn’t answer even though I know the answer
Appel téléphonique bref, RH posait des questions comme un robot en lisant sa liste de questions. Aucune information donnée sur le poste ou sur le process. Je n'ai pas recu de retour par mail pendant 5 mois avant de recevoir un refus générique.
Lengthy interview with many different stages. Video and oaychometric not going very far. Overall could be quicker. Not surw what else to say. Interviwwee vritually and oohyiacially. No offer recieved.
