I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Singapur)
Interview
There are 4 stages of interview process.
1) 10-15 mins call with hr. They just want to know more about you. Why you choose ey? Why this department?
2) Digital interview thru Hirevue. There will be 4 interview qs and 1 written essay. The interview qs were 2 behavioural qs & 2 qs about your background.
3) Situational based judgement assessment. You will need to answer 21qs& choose which way is most & least effective based on a situation given.
4) Live interview with senior manager. My interview took around 45 mins. Not a really formal interview. It was just like having a conversation with your friend. The interviewer will ask you about your resume, why audit, your strengths & weakness, internship experiences.
The whole recruitment process took exactly a month. I've got a job offer 3 days after live interview.
I had a positive interview experience with EY. The process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers were courteous and created a comfortable environment to discuss my background, technical skills, and problem-solving approach.
