I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at EY (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jun 2019
Interview
I gave my interview in India in Gurgaon location. Initially, I gave an aptitude test. After that, we had a group discussion in which the HR asked to tell something about ourselves and why we want to work in EY. Then, I had a second round of interview with the employee of the EY who had been working with the firm for 5 years. Finally, I had an interview with the manager. The questions asked were related to the basic accounting concepts which I studiedd in 11th and 12th standard.
The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
