Detailed and step-by-step process. Very clear about the intentions. Also the interview process is designed to know the candidate rather than roasting them. Interview is taken by managers or senior managers. The process is long and may take 30 - 50 days.

The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
