La prima selezione avviene telefonicamente, in cui vengono chiesti in generale gli esami sostenuti nel percorso universitario. Poi successivamente viene programmato un incontro online, in cui avviene il vero e proprio colloqui conoscitivo. Qui viene richiesto di fare una breve una presentazione generale su se stessi, includendo anche eventuali esperienze lavorative. Vengono richieste anche conoscenze a livello informatico e poi il livello di lingua inglese (viene fatta una domanda per valutare il livello di inglese). Il colloquio dura circa 30 minuti. Al momento sto ancora aspettando di sapere l'esito, che dovrebbe essere inviato via email entro le 2 settimane dalla data del primo colloquio. Se l'esito è positivo si passa al secondo colloquio, stavolta però di tipo tecnico, in cui vengono analizzate le competenze e conoscenze dichiarate nel primo colloquio.

fairly similar to all other big 4. Only difference for me was that I was based in Auckland and I was applying for a Sydney based role. So they had me skip the assessment day and just do a case study followed by a 2 panel interview.
