The interviewer was really friendly and encouraging. She created a comfortable environment where I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. Overall an easy, simple process and would definitely recommend applying.

What were some example were you shown leadership skills.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
