The selection process begins with an initial interview, followed by a group dynamic. If the candidate is chosen at this stage, they proceed to a technical interview to assess their skills.

"Can you describe a time when you had to work collaboratively to overcome a challenging situation? What role did you play, and what was the outcome?"
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
