I applied through college or university. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Madison, WI) in Oct 2016
Interview
30 minutes on campus interview. There is two hour information session the day before where you can get to know interviewers. The senior partner was a really easy going guy and made it easy to ask questions and share his experiences and was ready to answer as many questions as he could
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Nov 2015
Interview
First round is a half-hour face to face interview in campus. They have a pre-interview night to introduce the job, the team, and Q&A. First round experience is great!
Then one month later, go to NYC for a super-day. HR team is great! There are 4 back to back interviews. Most of the questions are behavioral. One interviewer is playing with his phone during the interview! I don't know if he did this on purpose or what, but I think this is not very professional and rude.
The other thing is, EY paid your flight and hotel fee in advance, which is great. They also promised to reimburse taxi and lunch fee, but they never did. I am not very happy about that.
