Worst Experience. You have to wait till lunch to get first Round it self. Unplanned interview, they call too many people but one interviewer. Post lunch they will ask every one to leave for the day. Worst interview experience of my life.

Interview
We were called for interview at Gurgaon location at 9.30 AM, there were around 80-90 candidates for .net senior interview. There was huge mis management in the interview process. Few candidates were rejected in first round itself and they were not told till evening.
However , there were 3 technical round and 1 HR round.
First technical round was tough as he just asked everything possible from my resume , technical architecture questions, gave a scenario and asked me to design it.
Second round was also technical but more from database side and questions from technologies which the project for which I was getting hired for.
Third round was with some director level person, asked few architecture level questions.
HR was more of package discussion. Everything got wrapped up by 8 PM.
I was told by HR that I will get offer letter in 10 working days, but I got information after almost a month that my profile is on hold due to compensation approvals.
After wasting my whole day for interview and even clearing every round , I thought I will definitely get the offer letter but HR didn't even reply me even after sending multiple follow ups. I got to know from consultancy that my profile is kept on hold. So horrible experience.

Questions were simple. Technical questions were answerable and in Manager round thy asked about current company process and few technical questions aswell. In HR package discussion were there.
