EY Software Testing Engineer interview questions

Interview was Not organised, CV was misplaced and interview happened without looking at CV. Had a normal discussion only and a written test on testing questions. Then a 1: round happened, Took 2 hours to tell the results. Not sure on what basis they were rejecting profiles for another round
