EY Solutions Architect interview questions

First round telephonic discussion and called for face to face discussion in second round. Telephonic screen was scheduled by recruitment agency at 11:30 AM, waited till 12 to get the call directly from the company. After completing first round i did not receive any update untill one week over for the next step which was face to face with management. I got the offer in two weeks time though the compensation they offered is based on current salary which seems to be a industry standard but not as per my expectation.
