Interview process was a very standard one ...technical round first and then Manager round and then HR round. So 3 rounds of interview. Sometimes you would have two technical and manager round one with local and another with global depends upon the project and team.

Lots of talks and obtained a good understanding of role. Spoke to several leaders and they provided their expectations on role and provided additional enthusiasm that they had. They turned around a decision quickly at the need was approaching fast.
