I interviewed at Element Fleet Management in Sparks-Glencoe, MD in October 2019. The entire interview process took about 2 weeks from the submission of my application to the final offer I received. I was contacted about a phone interview with an HR representative 2 business days after submitting my application. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes and went over general questions such as my background in relation to the position and more information about the company. 2 business days later, I received an email asking my availability for a phone interview with the hiring manager, the person who would be my supervisor should I receive the position. I had this second phone interview the next day, and we talked more in depth about the responsibilities of the role. The manager talked more in depth about my qualifications and experiences and the company's expectations. The next business day, I received a call asking for my availability for an in person interview with three members of my potential team. The in person interview consisted of 3-30 minute interviews with different members of the team, asking a variety of questions about my background and understanding of the responsibilities of the job. The next business day I was notified by a phone call that I received the position followed by an email with my formal written offer and benefits package.
