I would have to say this was one of the best but very thorough interview process in my professional career from start to finish from the first initial Phone interview, which went very well, felt very casual but yet strait to the point and I felt very comfortable during my interview which most of my initial questions were answered, which honestly gave me a good vibe that this would be a good company to work for with growth and longevity. following shortly afterwords my first in person interview with 2 Direct managers (which one of them is my manager) was able to give my scenarios of how my thought process was as well giving me a bit of insight of the company dynamic (very import to have a understanding of your peers) which went well ... so well that it didn’t even give me a chance to write my follow up email, I get a email first thing in the morning from my Talent acquisition consultant that she had good news and to schedule me in for a final interview with the director and partner of the company (in my opinion this is a very good practice which allows one for me to ask any high level questions and secondly ask any role related questions to my prospective peer) as well on a flip side of things allows the employees to gauge if I was the right fit for the company. Followed shortly after was the offer via personal phone call from my manager right before the long weekend. A nice touch and very welcoming. That being said came the fun part was the background check, which of course not something to be afraid of but you just have to be 110% prepared to provide any information needed by the 3rd party company that will be doing the check for ALL the companies you have listed on your resume. But with the talent acquisition support specialist helping me through my process got things going and got everything needed with my explanations. End of it all, was all cleared and ready for work with clear instructions of what to do and expect for my first day!
