The interview process consists of four stages, during which you receive a phone call from a recruiter who asks you questions about yourself and how you can be a good fit for the role. The next one is with the senior consultant, who was not keen about the role and the profiles they wanted to have in their team. First, this was an entry-level position, and the person wants someone who already knows how to use the programme because, in her words, "it takes too much of her time to teach people". It also requires you to live in a specific city, even if the ad said it was remote. Finally, they don't give you any updates about your process and ghost you afterwards.
