I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Embassy Suites (Sacramento, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied for the position and then got an email to complete a digital interview. After that I was scheduled for a phone interview. It was about 15 mins long and easy going. Explaining the position, pay and if you were still interested. He invited me for a face to face the following day. This was with a recruiter, he explained he will send a confirmation email for the time and who the interview will be with. He calls me back a few hours later and changed my interview time to an hour later. And got the email confirmation about a couple hours later. The next day I went to my interview on time. The manager came out and met me. First thing he says is “there must of been a mix up with the schedule because I had you for an earlier time.” I explained how the recruiter called me back and changed the time and even sent me an email. He apologized and told me he had a meeting and wasn’t going to be able to fully interview me. I understood. He ended up asking me a couple of questions quickly. It was rushed. Then told me I would be contacted for a second interview. A couple days later I got a email saying I wanna no longer being considered for the position. Highly disappointing and unprofessional. Negative experience for me personally.
