I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Embassy Suites (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Very straight forward and easy. They are looking for people who want to work and are passionate about the business. You get interviewed by supervising manager, then HR, then GM. If you pass by all three then HR will follow up with you. You will know within a week or less if not at the interview and you will not make it to the GM if you aren't getting the job, same with the HR rep. They drug test you once upon receiving an offer for the position
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Embassy Suites (Miami, FL) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview went well and every one was very nice. The hotel was clean and everyone was well groomed. The staff seemed friendly. Not a lot of parking. I was happy to have had the opportunity to interview their.

Question 1
Can you tell us a time when you went over and above the call of duty?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Embassy Suites (New Orleans, LA) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online and revived a call MUCH sooner than expected compared to other hotels that take a month to call back. Had a very casual and up front interview and was given a tour and explained the upcoming new dining experience that would be implemented in the following months.
