Embassy Suites interview questions

I got a call from the Front Desk Manager to set up an interview. He asked the typical interview questions focusing on customer service experience. I recommend practicing your answers to standard interview questions and focus on your customer services experience and problem solving skills/ how to deal with difficult customers.

First getting an appointment to meet with management (for the lack of a better word). Then told your the number 1 applicant and no other interviews are scheduled. Then never hear back from them until I reached out to them. Then told by recruiter that they have several applicants after me. Also told at interview that several managers are needed due to expansion. Then told they are hiring an internal candidate. When I left the interview after giving them an outstanding hour of all about me, they said I was pretty much hired. I would NEVER apply at Embassy Suites Kingston plantation again. Waste of time. My qualifications are extensive with over 30 years in this industry. I can go anywhere and receive professional treatment unlike these people.
