First, I was asked to fill out questionnaires on how you would react/handle certain issues that could arise on the job- given the amount of correspondence required on the job, I imagine the questionnaires had as much to do with your writing as the answers to the questions. Next, they conducted a phone interview - pretty standard. And then, an in-person interview with several members of the team.
