      I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility

      Interview

Was rather bland, was only a few questions over the phone. Didn't really ask me much about my skills and abilities relative to my major, all they seemed to care about was if I was going to make the company money.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2012

      Interview

I applied online after attending a career fair on campus at UT Knoxville. I received a call from a recruiter a few days later. The phone call was a screening process. The recruiter asked me how much sales experience I had and if I could work 30-40 hours a week. He then set up a 1 to 1 interview for the following week. For my first interview I met in an office building with the same recruiter I spoke with on the phone. He was extremely friendly and asked around 15 questions. Most questions had to do with my prior customer service experience and were situational. He then gave me a quick but thorough overview of the job and then I asked a few questions. The interview lasted less than 30 minutes. I received a call from the same recruiter advancing me to the next stage. In the next stage of the interview I went to a local branch for a 2 part interview. Part one was an hour long observation. For the first 15 minutes they said that they purposely kept me waiting so that I could observe from a far what all was going on. Then, an assistant manager came and got me, and told me to stay in his back pocket and shadow everything he did. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing to me. I think I spoke with pretty much everyone working there that day, and everyone couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. It was very busy that day, but everyone seemed to be enjoying their work. Then, the area manager led me to her office for part 2 of the interview. She had a list of 12 questions in her hand that I saw as she led me to her office. This interview was very relaxed and conversational. The questions were simple. On a scale from 1 to 10 how motivated are you? What are some leadership positions you have held? After her questions, I asked her a few questions, and that led to a relaxed and lengthy friendly conversation. I felt like it went well, and then she explained what to expect with my next interview with the VP. I got a call from the recruiter the next day advancing me to the final interview with the VP. The VP was a little intimidating and he only asked a few short questions. Why do you want this internship? What are some leadership positions you have held? After I asked him some questions, I closed the interview by telling him how much I desired the internship and why I would be a good fit. He seemed very pleased with my closing statement, and he expressed how important a closing statement is. He then told me that he thought I was a good fit and that I would hear back the following day. This interview lasted about 15 minutes. I did not hear back for another week, so I began to get a little nervous, but I finally got a letter in the mail offering me the job.
