I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2010
Interview
I met company representativeson my college campus. After talking to them, I was contacted by HR and we set up a first interview via email. There were three interviews before the job offer. My research of the company and energy level helped me win the job. The first interview was with HR, second was with an area manager and third was with a group rental manager.
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX)
Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
