I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Phoenix, AZ) in Jul 2012
Interview
Interview process was very detailed. There are three rounds. The job mainly consist of sales and customer service, So try to highlight your experience in these two areas. Also they ask a lot of behavior questions.... like what would you do if you had an angry customer? or what is your sales experience? To answer the questions be very specific and try not to be general. When answering questions name the situation, what you did, how you did, and what the outcome was.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
