I did quick survey that covered the basics of the positions including; pay, hours, and job duties via e-mail. Since I lived out of state I then did a Skype interview with someone from HR. It was about an hour long . It focused on my experience in sales and management, customer service, and competitiveness. She asked a lot of situational and behavioral based questions. Next, I did an in person interview at a branch, which was really similar to the Skype interview. I then shadowed someone in the branch for about an hour. Last, I had a ten minute interview with the Regional VP.
