Interview
She asked me questions such as how I dealt with a customer conflict before. Make sure you read the webpage and go through the companies values. In turned out that she didnt think I had enough customer service experience. Just get in there and sell your customer service skills according to company's values on thier website. You will be okay.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
