I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2011
Interview
A friend mentioned Enterprise to me when I was applying for sales jobs. I applied through their website for the Management Trainee position in my city. Received an email within a week about setting up a phone interview. Interview was scheduled for later in the week at 10am. Recruiter didn't call until 11:30am. Lady was very friendly and engaged in the conservation. At the end, she asked about setting up a face-to-face interview, but I told her I was no longer interested. I've heard a lot of complaints about the trainee position. Basically, overworked and underpaid. However, it is a large company, so if you hang in there, might be opportunities for advancement.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.
