I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2024
Interview
I did the first round and when they asked me what drives me, I said it’s doing the right thing and making people (customers) happy. At the end, they said they want people focused on selling and profits. They want “Type A go getters.” Not me. It’s a good thing I got rejected.
Telephone, zoom and in person interview. All done within 1 or 2 weeks. You are asked to visit a branch for the final round where you will be interviewed by the area manager and you meet the team.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Vancouver, WA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Easy interview, but the recruiter was rude and dismissive. She offered absolutely nothing to the interview, and when it was my turn to ask questions at the end she offered grunts and one word answers. It was pretty apparent she was bored and distracted. Feeling this way happens to all of us, but I certainly don't feel any better about joining this organization. When I thanked her for her time at the end she just clicked off the video call when I was in mid-sentence. Really? Very obnoxious attitude to have, especially considering that I have a ton of management experience and would thrive at this job. My interview was at the end of the day, so it's quite possible she was just tired and done with the day -- still doesn't excuse her rotten attitude. I'm still in the "under review" process so I have no idea if I was chosen to proceed, but I'm not sure I want the job at this point.
