Phone screening first and then more interviews with other managers. behavioral questions and experience questions about yourself. Multiple rounds and managers and observational round. Some more questions and other stuff.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Round 1 interview with HR Person, here is a play by play of the conversation:
How did you hear about this job opportunity?
What is your highest level of education?
Are you legally authorized to work in the united states?
How many years of accounting experience do you have? I answered 3 to which the hr person goes ooooh unfortunately this role does require 4 years of accounting experience so I'm going to have to stop this interview here. Keep in mind every single one of these questions I answered already during the job application process and she has my resume. one would assume that as part of the hiring process, prior to inviting someone to interview, that part of that process would include reading the resume. Apparently Enterprise does not hold itself to that standard. Fast forward to the following day I get an email from the recruiter stating they have reduced the requirement to 3 years and I should reapply. I would stay far away from a company displaying this level of incompetence already in just the screening.

Interview
After my application was initially accepted, I had a 15 min telephone screening which was then followed by a virtual interview on Teams. The recruiter was great and really seemed to be interested in what I was talking about, and gave me lots of information about the job itself.
